Terms of Service

SFT provides integrated material handling solutions for the global market. Our products include Industrial Crane Systems, Electric Hoists, Transfer Carts, and Automated Robotics (AGV/RGV). We act as a specialized solutions provider, integrating core components from strategic partners (e.g., ABB, Siemens, SEW) and managing the full lifecycle from design to delivery.

Our services include technical consultation, equipment manufacturing, quality control supervision, and logistics coordination. We ensure all equipment meets agreed international standards, including CE (EU) and EAC (Eurasian Economic Union) certifications where applicable.

Due to the custom nature of industrial lifting equipment, all technical specifications--including but not limited to lifting capacity, span, lifting height, and duty class--are defined in the specific Sales Contract or Proforma Invoice.

We reserve the right to upgrade components to equivalent or superior brands (e.g., upgrading a domestic inverter to an Inovance or Schneider unit) to ensure optimal performance and availability. Such changes will not negatively impact the agreed functional specifications.

• Quotations: Official quotes are valid for 30 days unless specified otherwise. Prices are subject to adjustment based on raw material (steel, copper) market fluctuations prior to deposit.
• Payment Terms: Production initiates upon receipt of the agreed deposit. The balance is due prior to shipment or against the Bill of Lading copy, strictly in accordance with the contract terms.
• Cancellation: Customized equipment orders cannot be cancelled once raw materials have been cut or components procured. Cancellation fees will apply to cover all incurred costs.

Timeline: We strive for "China-Speed" delivery. Standard equipment is typically ready for dispatch within 15 days. Complex, engineered-to-order systems will follow the project schedule outlined in the contract.

Logistics:
• Heavy Machinery: Shipped via Sea Freight (FCL, Open Top Containers, or Break Bulk) for cost-efficiency.
• Spare Parts: Urgent components are dispatched via FedEx, DHL, UPS, or International Air Parcel.

Incoterms: Delivery obligations and risk transfer are governed by Incoterms 2020 (e.g., EXW, FOB Shanghai, CIF, DDP) as specified in your contract.

SFT warrants that the equipment will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from commissioning or 18 months from shipment, whichever occurs first.

The warranty covers the replacement of defective parts. It does not cover damages resulting from:

• Improper installation by third parties
• Lack of routine maintenance
• Operator error or misuse
• Force Majeure events

For IoT-enabled equipment, we offer remote diagnostic support to identify issues rapidly. SFT's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific equipment involved.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where SFT is located (Yangpu District, Shanghai).
