Who we are

This website is operated by Shanghai Fissure Technology Co., Ltd., a China-based industrial material handling project integrator and supply partner. Our business address is Guohua International Plaza, 1599 Zhayin Road, Yangpu District, Shanghai, China 200433.

When this Policy applies

This Policy applies when you visit the Fissure Tech website, contact us directly or submit a project brief. A quotation, purchase order, project agreement or another service may contain additional privacy terms for that specific relationship.

Information you provide

The project-brief form asks for enough business and technical context to route and assess an enquiry. Incomplete technical information is acceptable at the first stage.

  • Contact person and work email.
  • Company name and telephone or WhatsApp number, when supplied.
  • Destination country or region, project stage and the selected product or engineering service.
  • Operating requirements, specifications and other information entered in the project brief.
  • One optional PDF, Word, Excel, JPG or PNG technical file of up to 10 MB.

Request and security data

We use limited request data to protect the form, prevent duplicate submissions and maintain a reliable enquiry record. The current implementation stores a keyed hash of the request IP rather than the raw IP with the enquiry. A separate email-and-IP key controls a five-attempt, 15-minute rate limit. Hosting, firewall and server providers may also create access or security logs outside this application.

How we use information

We use project-brief information only to assess and respond to the enquiry, prepare quotations or project follow-up, protect the website and maintain records where needed. We do not use project-brief information for newsletters or unrelated marketing unless you separately ask us to do so.

  • Classify the material-handling task and identify the relevant product family, application or engineering service.
  • Review requirements, drawings and specifications and identify missing technical inputs.
  • Respond to the enquiry and prepare clarifications, concepts, quotations or project follow-up.
  • Protect the website, prevent abuse and preserve the integrity of the enquiry record.
  • Maintain commercial, compliance or dispute records when a project proceeds or the law requires them.

Technical files

An uploaded technical file is validated and stored in a private directory outside the public WordPress media library. The stored file name is randomized and access from the WordPress administration area is restricted to authorized administrators. The attachment binary and private storage path are not sent with the Resend notification email.

Service providers and processing locations

A successful form submission creates a private Fissure Tech enquiry record and then attempts to send an internal notification through Resend. The notification contains the contact and project-brief details, the source page and the original attachment name when a file was supplied; it does not contain the attachment binary.

Resend processes the notification data needed to send that email. Resend states that account data, including email metadata, logs and API records, is stored in the United States and that email data is retained for 30 days across its plans, with flexible retention available for Enterprise. We may also use hosting, backup and security providers where needed to operate and protect the website. We share only the information reasonably necessary for each service.

How long we keep information

We normally keep an enquiry that does not become a project, together with its private attachment, for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact. If an enquiry becomes a quotation or project, we keep the relevant information for the period needed to manage the commercial relationship, meet legal or compliance duties and handle claims or disputes. The short-lived rate-limit record expires after 15 minutes. Service-provider records follow the provider and account retention settings.

How we protect information

We use access controls, request validation, file-type and signature checks, private attachment storage, randomized stored file names and restricted administrative actions. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so technical and organizational safeguards must be reviewed as the operating environment changes.

Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may ask about the personal information we hold, request access or correction, ask for deletion, withdraw a consent where processing relies on consent, object to certain processing or raise a complaint. Contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request, and we will explain if a legal or contractual retention duty limits what we can do.

Cookies, analytics and external links

The reviewed Fissure Tech Theme does not load a public analytics, advertising, tag-manager or cookie-preference tool. WordPress administrator sessions, hosting security and infrastructure may still use essential cookies or request logs. Ordinary footer links lead to LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube; once you follow an external link, the destination service controls its own processing.

International visitors

Fissure Tech is based in China and receives international business enquiries. Information may therefore be processed in China and, where we use a service provider such as Resend, in another country. We take reasonable steps to use service providers and transfer arrangements appropriate to the information and applicable law.

Business audience

The website and project-brief route are intended for organizations and adults acting in a business or professional capacity. They are not designed to collect information from children. If you believe a child has supplied information, contact us so the situation can be reviewed.

Changes and contact

We may update this Policy when the website, enquiry workflow, service providers or legal requirements materially change. The effective date at the top shows when the current version applies. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected] or to the Shanghai business address above.
