About these Terms

These Terms govern use of the website operated by Shanghai Fissure Technology Co., Ltd., Guohua International Plaza, 1599 Zhayin Road, Yangpu District, Shanghai, China 200433. The website provides industrial product information and a business project-enquiry channel; it is not an online shop, subscription service or customer account platform. These Terms do not replace or amend any quotation, purchase order, non-disclosure agreement or project contract separately agreed with us.

Products and Solutions

In these Terms, Products and Solutions means the equipment, systems, services and application material presented on the website from time to time. The current portfolio is organized into eight product categories and is supported by information for different industries and operating requirements. We may revise this structure as the portfolio changes. A product, category or capability appearing on the website does not by itself guarantee stock, manufacturing scope, certification, regional availability or an obligation to supply.

Website information is not a project specification

Website text, diagrams, photographs, capacities, dimensions, standards and application examples provide general orientation. They are not project engineering, a safety assessment, a binding offer or a warranty that a displayed configuration suits a particular load, route, duty, environment, interface or destination requirement. Project-specific information in an accepted commercial document controls over a general website statement.

Project enquiries

Submitting a project brief asks Fissure Tech to review and respond to the information supplied. It does not require either party to proceed, reserve equipment, begin engineering or accept a purchase. The sender must be authorized to act for the organization identified and must provide information they reasonably believe is accurate.

• Do not submit information or files you are prohibited from sharing.
• Do not upload malware, unlawful material or content that infringes another person’s rights.
• Treat preliminary comments, equipment suggestions and clarification questions as part of enquiry review, not as an approved engineering basis.

Quotations and project agreements

A project becomes binding only through the acceptance route stated in the applicable commercial documents. Depending on the transaction, that may include an accepted quotation, agreed technical specification, responsibility matrix, purchase order, countersignature or separate project agreement. Those documents define scope, price, payment, delivery, inspection, warranty, change control, documentation, site work and dispute terms.

If project documents conflict, the precedence stated in the accepted project agreement applies. These website Terms do not override a signed agreement or create supply obligations that the project documents exclude.

Technical files and confidentiality

You retain ownership of drawings, specifications and other material you submit. You give Fissure Tech limited permission to store, copy internally and review that material for the enquiry, quotation and related project discussion. You confirm that you have authority to grant that permission.

Submitting material through the public form does not by itself create a universal non-disclosure agreement. Fissure Tech uses submitted technical material only for the enquiry and related project work, limits access to people who need it for that purpose and applies reasonable care. A separately signed NDA or confidentiality clause controls where one exists. Personal-information handling is addressed in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may use the website for legitimate business research and project communication. You must not interfere with the website, bypass security, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious files, impersonate another person, use automated traffic that disrupts the service, scrape the site in a manner that causes harm, or use the content for an unlawful or infringing purpose.

Website intellectual property

The website design, Fissure Tech text, product taxonomy, diagrams, branding and owned media are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Some technical material and media is supplied or licensed by manufacturing or technology partners and remains subject to the relevant owner’s rights. Ordinary viewing and internal business evaluation are permitted. Republishing, selling, removing rights notices or presenting the material as your own requires permission unless applicable law clearly allows it.

Links to LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube or another external site are provided for convenience. Fissure Tech does not control the destination service, its availability, content, security, terms or privacy practices. Following an external link takes you outside this website.

Availability and changes

We may correct, reorganize, add to or remove website content and may suspend access for maintenance, security or operational reasons. A website change does not amend an accepted project agreement unless the parties change that agreement through its stated process. Material changes to effective Terms will be identified by a new effective date.

Disclaimers

The website is provided for general business information and enquiry routing. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fissure Tech does not warrant that general website content is complete for a particular project, continuously available or free from every error. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or obligation that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude. Product, engineering, delivery and warranty commitments arise from the accepted project documents, not from a general website page.

Liability boundary

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where applicable law does not allow it. To the extent permitted by law, Fissure Tech is not responsible for indirect, consequential or business losses arising only from reliance on general website information or temporary website unavailability. Liability connected with a quotation, supply or project is governed by the accepted project agreement.

Governing law and disputes

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. A dispute concerning website use that is not governed by a separate project agreement should first be raised with us so the parties can try to resolve it. If it cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction in Shanghai, China. A dispute clause in an accepted project agreement continues to govern that project relationship.

Changes and contact
